SHIPPING

We offer free shipping in the USA. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally at this time. 

If you would like your shipment expedited, please write to info@eniculture.com to see if we can make special arrangements.  

All orders receive tracking information via your confirmation email. Orders ship within 5 business days of processing. Please allow delivery carriers 5-7 days thereafter to deliver your order. Once your order has shipped, eni culture is not responsible for stolen or lost packages or inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from the couriers.

RETURNS

We accept returns on any unopened or unused products within 30 days of the purchase date to be refunded back onto the original form of payment. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition and primary packaging. 

Once a refund has been processed, you will receive a notification via the email address used to make the purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your account.

DAMAGE AND OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@eniculture.com if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item. Once we hear from you, we will evaluate the issue and respond accordingly.
